Personal Training

The is the best way to learn CrossFit.  We’ll help you get ready for the best class experience possible.  We realize that some of you may prefer to train one-on-one or that you may have very specialized athletic or job related goals. These sessions will be catered to fit your specific needs. We are able to provide individualized sessions that can focus on anything from physical rehabilitation to perfecting your clean and jerk. Our skilled staff consists of four CF-L2 coaches, six CF-L1 coaches, and an olympic lift coach who was a ‘97 World medalist.

Kids & Teens

It’s never too soon to teach your children about the benefits of good health.  Our CrossFit Kids class is for children ages 7-12 years old and uses games and activities to teach children how much fun it is to be active and to use their bodies to “exercise” correctly and safely.  CrossFit Kids is a great alternative to television and video games. The class is seasonal so please contact us for information on class times and schedule.

For everyone’s safety, unless it is a designated CrossFit Kids session NO KIDS ON THE WORKOUT FLOOR DURING CLASS TIMES, NO EXCEPTIONS. This is too much of a risk for athletes and children
