It’s never too soon to teach your children about the benefits of good health.  Our CrossFit Kids class is for children ages 7-12 years old and uses games and activities to teach children how much fun it is to be active and to use their bodies to “exercise” correctly and safely.  CrossFit Kids is a great alternative to television and video games. The class is seasonal so please contact us for information on class times and schedule.

For everyone’s safety, unless it is a designated CrossFit Kids session, please NO KIDS ON THE WORKOUT FLOOR DURING CLASS TIMES, NO EXCEPTIONS. This is too much of a risk for athletes and children.
