This is the best way to learn CrossFit.  We’ll help you get ready for the best class experience possible.  We realize that some of you may prefer to train one-on-one or that you may have very specialized athletic or job related goals. These sessions will be catered to fit your specific needs. We are able to provide individualized sessions that can focus on anything from physical rehabilitation to perfecting your clean and jerk. Our skilled staff consists of five CF-L2 coaches, five CF-L1 coaches, and an olympic lift coach who was a ‘97 World medalist.
