This is all about setting yourself up for success. We start off with a No-Sweat Intro that takes you through your goals, and from there a path is developed to best help you accomplish those goals. We set you up with our On-Ramp program, which gives us an assessment of how you move so that we can keep you moving and healthy for years to come! Also included is an In Body Scan as well as a consultation with our Nutrition Coach. Armed with your body transformation blueprint, you are eady to begin your On-Ramp course!
The next two weeks
After your 1 on 1 On-Ramp course, our expert coaches give you an honest assessment of what path will fit you best. You have the option to continue the CrossFit journey in a group setting, or in a Personal Training Environment.
Every 3 months
When you walk through the door, we will have a great relationship with you. We will also know all of your goals! This helps keep you accountable, but also gives our coaching staff the lens of which to coach you. We conduct 1 on 1 meetings with you and they are on-going. We point out the bright spots in your CrossFit journey, and then find the next set of bright spots that are within your reach! This is more than about selling a “fitness program”. This is about establishing a coach/athlete relationship that will help you accomplish your goals – no matter how lofty they are!
